Welcome! My name is Rachel Rogers.
I am a Unitarian Universalist minister in formation, currently serving as a Ministerial Intern at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Huntsville, Alabama and pursuing a Master of Divinity at Meadville Lombard Theological School on the path to ordination. I recently completed a unit of Clinical Pastoral Education at Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital. I also work as a communications consultant and a wedding officiant.
I am inspired by our interconnectedness, the power of story, and the life-giving power of love that is grounded in faith.
For the last several years, my life has been truly enriched by the opportunity to preach and lead worship regularly across several congregations in the Southeastern United States. Connecting with others in worship is one of the great joys of my life. My Background
I discovered Unitarian Universalism in 2014. My call to ministry was quickly revealed to me, particularly through the vehicle of participating in and helping create worship experiences. After being admitted to divinity school, I received ministerial aspirant status with the Unitarian Universalist Association in early 2020.
