Welcome! My name is Rachel Rogers. My pronouns are they, them, theirs or she, her, hers. I am currently a seminarian pursuing a Masters of Divinity at Meadville Lombard Theological School and an aspirant to Unitarian Universalist Ministry.

I am inspired by our interconnectedness, the power of story, and the live-giving power of love that is grounded in faith.

For the last several years, my life has been truly enriched by the opportunity to preach and lead worship regularly across several congregations in the Southeastern United States. Connecting with others in worship is one of the great joys of my life. On this site I provide an archive of past messages I’ve delivered as well as a means to connect if you’re interested in having me join your congregation one Sunday.

I am so thankful you are here and I look forward to connecting with you.

In faith and with deep gratitude,
Rachel

“Rachel brings pure heart, presence, and authenticity to every worship service I've seen her participate in. She is a clear and engaging speaker, even with more challenging topics, skillfully balancing levity/humor and grounded reverence.”

- Valerie Martin, past Worship Committee Co-Chair, First Unitarian Universalist Church of Nashville

“I just wanted to say thank you for coming out to the Boro to speak to UUFM regularly. Your messages keep my partner, and I talking the rest of the day, chewing on the various themes. ”

- Clint Walker, member
Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Murfreesboro

My Background

I discovered Unitarian Universalism in 2014. My call to ministry was quickly revealed to me, particularly through the vehicle of participating in and helping create worship experiences. After being admitted to divinity school, I received ministerial aspirant status with the Unitarian Universalist Association in early 2020.
